Frauds of this Couple
How they Designed their Trap?
- Sandeep Bipin Shah, wife Shirrin Shah and father Bipin Chottalal Shah — launched various building projects, movies, and what not – probably 10+ companies (list of HBS group companies)
- Grabbed 1000s of crores over 10+ years from 100s of flat buyers/ investors and huge loans from public sector banks (links to court filings by the parties)
- Won common public’s trust and life savings through various tricks and false trust cards
- by holding meetings at their posh office near Worli Seaface (Google Maps link)
- by flaunting meaningless awards (e.g. Best Development Marketing Campaign) on UNCONSTRUCTED projects along with slick storytelling (Example here)
- by availing fancy titles and showing on their visiting cards titles – “Honorary Consul General of Cote’d Ivoire” (MEA website entry of this)
- touting supposed “RERA Approval” obtained by giving affidavits instead of real Commencement Certificate from BMC (view the MahaRERA approval page and view HBS affidavit in lieu of Commencement Certificate here)
- flaunting they have ownership stake in Phoenix Market City mega malls of Mumbai (article on HBS website about this)
- They threw all trust cards to collect money from public but DID NOT CONSTRUCT ANYTHING & EVEN STOPPED PAYING REDEVELOPMENT TENANTS in 2019
What followed?
- 1000s of redevelopment tenants were out of their homes without rent (read their cries here and Times of India articles here)
- Institutions and investors filed lawsuits (read here)
- Wife Shirrin Shah & father Bipin Chotalal Shah were slyly removed as Directors of HBS Realtors in Nov 2020 (proof here)
- Got into flop movie making. To launder money, hide/divert public monies. Is it? (Business Standard article here)
- When people went asking for money back, he shrugged shoulders and declared all money is gone, none left for construction or refund. Got his company declared bankrupt. Stopped paying employees in 2019 who left with large unpaid wages. (NCLT Claim List)
- Made young nephew as a Director of HBS Realtors to protect the leftovers and to continue to trap & trick more

But the Shahs remain UNAFFECTED and continue their LAVISH lifestyle
- Continue to operate and trap pubic from their Luxurious office nr. Worli Seaface instead of being behind bars
- While they don’t have monies to pay meagre rents to the redevelopment tenants, they enjoy living at their Altamount Road residence, next to Ambanis and the big shots. See comments of their redevelopment tenants (read here)

- Their kids study at Foreign Universities while they crushed the dreams of children of redevelopment tenants and home-buyers
- Does this look like innocent loses or planned fraud? When asked to provide details to prove their innocence, they never revert. They hardly talk to their victims. Should public not know as to not trust them again and again?
BUT hold on, thats not enough!! Last heard, the Shahs plan to loot larger masses of public than before, by launching new companies
WHO'S RESPONSIBLE - we the people at large if we sit quiet.
